Did you know that it is healthy to take a break every 20 minutes or so when studying?

Experts suggest working in 25-30min increments which includes a 5min break

For this reason, to work alongside the Study Space we have a 'Chill-out Zone' for you to go. Have a snack. Listen to a song or two, engage the brain through exercise or art & then head back on in to further prepare.
